BACCARA is specializing in the full-service management of private and public investment project development. Our clients are primarily mid-sized companies and public institutions. The decisions made by our experts are based on extensive experience, practical knowledge, strong business networks, and in-depth local market expertise. Since 2003, our experts have developed investment projects totaling EUR 23 million and were among the first in Latvia to provide consultancy services for private and public investment projects funded by EU grants.
In 2017, BACCARA started to expand the business abroad. Based on contract No.SKV-L-2017/412, signed August 15, 2017 between BACCARA and Investment and Development Agency of Latvia, company started to participate in export support program “International competitiveness promotion” co-financed by European Regional Development Fund what discovers the opportunity for the company to receive the support to participate and to extend business network in several international trade exhibitions or conferences in Africa, Americas, Europe and Asia.
